MOULa update OpenUru#195b

A new update for MOULa was released on Wednesday 18, with numerous fixes and improvements. Thanks to all the fans that helped create, build and test this update!

Client changes:

• Accelerate linking to ’hoods (especially with large memberships) {1}
• Add taskbar loading indicator (Win7 and up) {2}
• Allow numlock to function normally {8}
• Eliminate some client pauses (waiting on a network message) {2}
• Fix aspect ratio on avatar portraits taken in Relto closet {9}
• Fixed incorrect avatar placement when exiting Gahreesen gear {2}
• Flash for attention when paged & client not in foreground {7}
• Highlight mentions of your name in chat {7}
• Improved experience with some elevators & chairs (subworlds) {2}
• Release Notes no longer require magnifying glass {1}
• Unlocked the frame rate for silky smooth animation {2}
• Improved introductory video with better sound synchronization {10}
• Fix race condition resulting in missing Er’cana and Ahnonay linking books {1}

Server changes:

• A fix to stop adding new explorers to an already overcrowded neighborhood. This does not fix the ones that are already overcrowded. {11}
